Orders

CAVILL is not responsible for errors or omissions caused by information not correctly provided.

If an order is returned for information that the customer has provided incorrectly, he is responsible for the shipping costs of that order.

If the customer decides to cancel the order, he is responsible for paying the postage for the first shipment.

Orders with pending payment will be kept for 4 days. At the end of this time, the order will be automatically cancelled.

After finalizing the order, you cannot make any further changes to items or sizes.

CAVILL reserves the right to modify prices whenever it deems it necessary. We try to make sure all prices are correct, but the order is only valid after it has been processed.
When the correct price of a product is higher or lower than the one shown in the order, CAVILL will contact the customer to inform him of the correct price and he has the possibility to cancel the order before it is shipped.

Claims

If you wish to make a complaint about a product, send an email to info@cavill.com.pt presenting your complaint as well as your order number.

If you want to return a product that you consider to be defective, please contact us in advance at the email indicated above. After approval, you can send the article and wait for our response to the request in question.

You must pay the shipping costs and if you are right about the claim, this amount will be refunded. We will not accept products sent for postage.

All credit card details are processed through the PayPal payment system.

CAVILL does not have access to the customer's bank details.
